Exhibit A: One Fourplex vs Two Fourplexes
If our model consisted of using only one fourplex (4 units), this would not represent the full story. A 70% AMI household would not have the opportunity to purchase a 3-bedroom unit (2000 sq.ft) and a 100% AMI household would not have the opportunity to purchase a 2-bedroom unit (1000 sq.ft). Whereas for potential buyers paying at market prices would be able to purchase both 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Creating a model that incorporates two fourplexes solves this issue.
