We incorporated the history of the city's architecture into our design. Seattle’s rise out of the labor industry pushed us to incorporate predominant wood elements, which withstand design’s test of time.

We emphasize amenities within our units that allow for a greater sense of ownership within their own respective spaces. In doing so, the upfront costs of the energy efficiency will effectively pay for itself over the decades of wear.
